Do I have to pay for a standard listing?
No. The standard Business Listing workflow is free. Paid Featured Placement is a separate option.
Does creating an account publish my listing immediately?
No. You can save a draft and submit it for review. HomePlanza approves the public listing before it goes live.
Do I pay when I request Featured Placement?
No. Your request tells HomePlanza what services, locations and placement types interest you. If there is a fit, you receive a specific offer to review before Stripe checkout.
What happens if I stop Featured Placement?
Your approved free listing remains separate. Ending paid placement does not automatically delete your standard business profile.
