Applying is free, and neither a HomePlanza Professional subscription nor an established social following is required. Submit the application for review. If HomePlanza approves it, your welcome email explains how to sign in, accept the current Affiliate Terms, and choose a permanent custom link. The final part of that link is also your Referral Code, so choose it carefully.

HomePlanza remembers that you made the introduction for 180 days, even if the visitor leaves and returns later. Another Affiliate link cannot replace yours during that period. Once the visitor begins creating a Professional account, the referral is permanently connected to that account. If no Affiliate is already connected, the professional can enter your Referral Code on the final plan-review screen before the first qualifying payment.

A referral becomes Active after HomePlanza successfully collects the first qualifying monthly or annual Professional subscription payment. Account creation, abandoned checkout, failed payments, and $0 transactions do not qualify. While Active, a referral can generate commission, raise your commission level, and count toward your quarterly bonus. One failed monthly billing cycle does not immediately remove Active status; two consecutive unresolved cycles make the referral Inactive until good standing returns.

It is long-term credit for bringing HomePlanza a lasting customer. A monthly referral becomes Lifetime Qualified after 12 distinct successful paid billing periods. An annual referral becomes Lifetime Qualified after the first valid annual payment. If that customer later becomes inactive, the referral can still support your Referral Level and commission percentage. It will not create new commission after the normal commission period, and it counts toward quarterly bonuses only while Active.

At month-end, HomePlanza combines your current Active referrals with Lifetime Qualified referrals that later became inactive, without counting anyone twice. That Referral Level Count sets one commission rate for the month: 30%, 33%, 36%, 39%, 42%, 45%, 48%, or 50%. The rate applies to eligible Professional subscription revenue HomePlanza actually collected during the referral’s commission period. Monthly referrals can earn commission on their first 12 paid billing periods; annual referrals can earn commission on the initial annual payment. Taxes, free credits, refunds, chargebacks, and unrelated purchases are excluded. Your separate quarterly bonus depends only on how many referrals are Active at the end of the calendar quarter.

The brokerage or team billing account counts as one referral, whether it has 2 members or 500. Team membership and team-transferred credits do not create extra referrals. A member can remain on the team and separately buy an individual Professional plan using their own billing information; that personally billed plan can become one additional referral with its own Lifetime Qualified progress. If that member already had an Affiliate connected to their individual account, the existing connection stays in place. If they did not, the Affiliate connected to the team may receive the individual subscription referral.

After the first successful qualifying Professional payment, the referral receives a one-time bonus based on the starting plan: Core +1, Plus +2, Growth +4, Scale +7, or Premier +15 client-plan credits. The bonus is not added again every month and expires with the subscription’s Credit Year.

Your dashboard shows your permanent link, referral statuses, current rate, estimated commission, bonus progress, payout dates and statements, notifications, member profile, and leaderboard position. HomePlanza calculates prior-month earnings on the first calendar day of the following month. Every payout is reviewed before release through the connected payout account. Refunds, chargebacks, eligibility changes, or corrections can change a pending amount, and the dashboard shows Paid only after the payment provider confirms the transfer. The live leaderboard is available only to authenticated Affiliate members and shows aggregate results, never referred-customer identities. The public marketing preview contains sample data only.

You may share HomePlanza through truthful, lawful marketing with a clear Affiliate disclosure. Self-referrals, fake accounts, forced or hidden tracking, misleading earnings claims, spam, bonus farming, and attempts to replace another Affiliate’s referral relationship are prohibited.
