Affiliate Terms
Version: 2026-09-14 · Effective: September 14, 2026
Affiliate earnings are calculated under these Terms but are not released automatically. Every payout requires review and express approval by HomePlanza Admin. A payout is completed only after the payment provider confirms it was paid.
1. Agreement, application and eligibility
These Affiliate Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in HomePlanza Refer & Earn (“Program”). Submitting an application does not enroll you, guarantee acceptance, or create a right to participate. HomePlanza is initially admitting a limited number of participants and may approve or decline applications in its reasonable business judgment. Only an applicant expressly approved by HomePlanza may create or access an Affiliate account.
By accepting these Terms electronically after approval, using a HomePlanza referral link or code, or receiving a Program payment, you agree to these Terms, HomePlanza’s Privacy Policy, and the general website terms. You must be at least 18 years old, able to enter a binding contract, provide truthful account and tax information, and reside in a jurisdiction where participation and payment are lawful. A paid HomePlanza Professional subscription and an existing social-media following are not required. Approved HomePlanza Professionals use the same linked identity and sign-in credentials for both roles.
2. Enrollment, identity and account security
Enrollment begins only when HomePlanza Admin approves an application and sends the approval notice. Approved standalone applicants must create a password through the time-limited secure link; approved linked Professionals use their existing Professional password. You must provide accurate application, contact, member-profile, identity, tax and payout information; protect sign-in credentials; promptly notify HomePlanza of unauthorized access; and keep payout details current. One person or legal entity may not create multiple Affiliate identities to manipulate attribution, rankings, tiers, bonuses, promotions, or risk controls. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by HomePlanza.
HomePlanza may use Stripe Connect or another disclosed provider for identity, tax and payout onboarding. Your relationship with that provider may also be governed by its own connected-account agreement. HomePlanza does not store full bank-account details supplied directly to the provider.
3. Permanent referral URL and code
After accepting the current Terms, you may claim one unique referral slug containing permitted lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. That slug becomes both your permanent public referral URL and Referral Code. Slugs may not impersonate HomePlanza, another person or organization; infringe rights; mislead visitors; include profanity or prohibited content; or use reserved system, brand, legal, support, login, checkout, admin or similar terms.
Referral URLs normally cannot be changed after claim. HomePlanza may disable or administratively replace a slug only to protect rights, security, law, brand integrity, or Program operations. A changed or disabled slug does not create a right to reassign prior attribution.
4. Attribution and Pending Referrals
When an eligible visitor first opens an active Affiliate link, HomePlanza may remember that Affiliate for 180 days. If the visitor later opens another Affiliate’s link during those 180 days, the original Affiliate remains attached. When the visitor begins Professional account creation, the relationship may be recorded as a Pending Referral and permanently locked to that prospective account.
If no Affiliate is already attached and the first qualifying subscription payment has not occurred, the prospective Professional may enter a valid Referral Code on HomePlanza’s final plan-review screen. This recovery path cannot overwrite existing attribution. Ordinary retroactive code entry after a qualifying payment is not allowed. HomePlanza Admin may make a documented correction for clear system error, fraud remediation, or reliable evidence; every correction is auditable.
Pending status alone does not count toward commission rates, quarterly bonuses or payouts. Self-referrals and referrals between identities under common control may be rejected.
5. Teams, brokerages and personally billed members
A referred team, brokerage or team-owner billing account counts as exactly one referral regardless of member count. Team invitations, membership, team-funded access, and transfers of team credits do not create additional referrals or commission.
A team member may separately purchase an individual Professional subscription using their own billing information while keeping the same login, team membership, team-funded access, and team-transferred credits. That personally billed relationship may count as one additional referral. An existing Affiliate attribution attached directly to that individual takes priority and survives joining, leaving or changing teams. If the individual has no attribution, HomePlanza may inherit the Affiliate attached to their team when the member starts a personal plan. Monthly Lifetime Qualified progress for that individual counts only distinct qualifying invoices paid on their own subscription.
6. Qualifying subscription revenue
“Eligible Subscription Revenue” means actual amounts HomePlanza successfully collects for configured qualifying Professional subscription prices, net of taxes, refunds, credits, disputes, chargebacks and excluded amounts. Free plan credits, promotional value, one-time plan-credit purchases, directory advertising, unrelated products, failed or abandoned checkouts, test transactions, and $0 invoices are not eligible unless HomePlanza expressly states otherwise in writing.
For a monthly Professional plan, the first twelve distinct successfully paid billing periods may be commissionable. Each invoice counts at most once. Late or catch-up payment for a valid unpaid period may count when collected. For an annual plan, only the initial successful annual payment is commissionable under the standard Program; a second-year renewal is not. Annual commission is based on the actual discounted amount collected, not an undiscounted monthly comparison. Eligible upgrade revenue actually collected during the applicable commission window may be included.
7. Active, past-due, inactive and Lifetime Qualified status
A Pending Referral becomes Active after the first successful qualifying payment. A monthly referral becomes Lifetime Qualified after twelve distinct qualifying monthly billing periods, which need not occur in twelve consecutive calendar months. An annual referral becomes Active and Lifetime Qualified after its initial valid annual payment.
One unresolved failed monthly billing cycle does not immediately remove Active status. After two consecutive unresolved past-due monthly billing cycles, the referral becomes Inactive—Past Due and no longer counts as Active until good standing returns. Cancellation, nonpayment, refund, fraud, dispute, chargeback or ineligibility may make a referral inactive or invalidated. A legitimate Lifetime Qualified referral that later becomes inactive may still count toward Referral Level under the rules below, unless disqualified or invalidated.
8. Referral Level Count and commission tiers
Your Referral Level Count equals current Active Referrals plus Lifetime Qualified referrals that are no longer Active, without double counting. The count measured at month-end determines one commission rate for that month’s eligible collected revenue. There is no daily averaging, grace period, or promised tier protection. The standard tiers are 30% at 0–4; 33% at 5–24; 36% at 25–99; 39% at 100–249; 42% at 250–599; 45% at 600–1,499; 48% at 1,500–4,999; and 50% at 5,000 or more.
HomePlanza may amend future rates and qualification rules by updating these Terms or the Program schedule. Changes do not rewrite a completed, provider-confirmed payout except as required to correct error, fraud, refund, dispute or law.
9. Quarterly performance bonuses
A quarterly bonus, if earned, is based on actual Active Referral Count at the close of a calendar quarter, with no averaging or grace period. Standard bonuses are: 25=$100; 50=$250; 100=$600; 250=$1,500; 500=$2,500; 750=$3,500; 1,000=$5,000; 1,500=$7,500; 2,000=$10,000; 3,000=$15,000; 5,000=$25,000; and 10,000=$50,000. Above 10,000, the standard schedule adds $5,000 for each additional complete 1,000 Active Referrals. Counts must be valid and remain subject to fraud, refund, chargeback and eligibility review.
10. Referral Bonus plan credits
After a referred Professional’s first successful qualifying payment, HomePlanza may add a one-time Referral Bonus based on the Professional’s starting plan: Core +1, Plus +2, Growth +4, Scale +7, or Premier +15 client-plan credits. The bonus is issued once per eligible individually billed or team billing relationship, is not renewed monthly, is not cash, cannot be paid to the Affiliate, and shares the recipient subscription’s Credit Year expiration. For an annual subscription, the bonus is added to the annual starting grant; for a monthly subscription, it is added to the first monthly grant.
Personal subscription credits, Referral Bonus credits and team-transferred credits remain separately identifiable ledger sources even when shown in one available balance. If the qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent or invalid, unused bonus credits may be revoked and used value may be reviewed or offset as allowed by law and the account terms.
11. Statements, approval and payouts
HomePlanza calculates a prior-month statement on the first UTC calendar day of the following month. The statement may contain commission, a quarter-end performance bonus, corrections, reserves and adjustments. An amount shown as estimated, calculated, due, awaiting approval, approved, processing, failed, held or similar is not “paid.” HomePlanza Admin must review and affirmatively approve every payout. HomePlanza may hold payment while identity, tax, sanctions, fraud, refund, security, policy or technical issues are investigated.
After approval, HomePlanza may send funds through Stripe Connect or another disclosed provider. The dashboard shows “paid” only after provider confirmation. Timing after approval depends on provider and banking systems. You must satisfy identity, tax and payout requirements. HomePlanza may require a reasonable minimum payment threshold, carry a smaller balance forward, deduct provider fees where lawful and disclosed, or use reserves for reasonably anticipated reversals.
12. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes and negative adjustments
Refunded, reversed, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, ineligible or mistakenly credited revenue does not qualify. Before payout, HomePlanza may revise the open statement or place it on hold. After a payout is completed, HomePlanza may create a negative adjustment against future amounts, retain a reserve, seek repayment where lawful, or take another proportionate remedy. Completed historical statements remain preserved with the later adjustment recorded separately.
13. Marketing rules and disclosures
You may promote HomePlanza only through truthful, lawful methods. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your Affiliate relationship close to every endorsement, recommendation, review, or referral link where a reasonable person could believe the message is independent. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand on the same screen or in the content itself; do not hide it only in a profile, terms page, group of hashtags, hyperlink, or collapsed “more” section. You must comply with endorsement, advertising, privacy, email, text-message, telemarketing, platform and intellectual-property laws. Do not promise income, savings, customer results, plan eligibility, feature availability or payment timing; misstate prices or terms; create fake reviews; use undisclosed endorsements; bid on prohibited HomePlanza brand terms; impersonate HomePlanza; register confusing domains or social handles; scrape personal data; or send unlawful or unsolicited communications.
Approved HomePlanza marks may be used only for Program promotion, without alteration or suggestion that you are an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or authorized spokesperson. A member profile photo or display name identifies the Affiliate inside the private member dashboard and does not imply HomePlanza endorsement. HomePlanza may remove inappropriate, deceptive, infringing, unsafe or unlawful profile photos and may require correction or removal of any marketing.
14. Prohibited conduct
Prohibited conduct includes self-referrals; fabricated, duplicate, circular or collusive accounts; cookie stuffing; forced clicks; hidden iframes; malware or adware; code injection; attribution overwriting or manipulation; bonus or tier farming; false identities; stolen payment methods; test or non-arm’s-length transactions; unauthorized incentives; abuse of refunds or trials; spam; harassment; deception; illegal content; infringement; security probing; interference with the service; attempting to access another user’s data; or encouraging another person to violate these Terms.
15. Monitoring, records, privacy and member leaderboard
HomePlanza may use cookies, server events, account records, provider data and reasonable anti-abuse controls to operate and audit the Program. Affiliate dashboards may show referral identity and email where permitted, but email may be masked during unresolved fraud, security or abuse review. Admin retains access needed for operations, compliance and investigation.
The live Affiliate leaderboard is private and available only inside an authenticated Affiliate member dashboard. It may display an Affiliate’s chosen member display name, approved image, Referral Code, rank and qualifying aggregate metrics, but never referred-customer identities. Any public dashboard or leaderboard shown on the marketing site is a non-live sample preview and contains no member data. You must handle all referral and member information confidentially and only for legitimate Program purposes.
16. Taxes and independent relationship
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, partner, fiduciary, joint venturer or franchisee of HomePlanza. You have no authority to bind HomePlanza. You are responsible for your expenses, insurance, registrations, licenses, tax returns and taxes. Before payment, HomePlanza or its payout provider may require a completed taxpayer form, taxpayer-identification validation, identity information, or other documentation. HomePlanza may report payments, issue required information returns, apply backup withholding or other withholding, delay payment, or request updated documentation as required by applicable law. Provider onboarding does not transfer either party’s legal tax responsibilities to the other.
17. Suspension, termination and enforcement
Either party may end participation prospectively. HomePlanza may suspend links, mask data, hold or deny payments, reverse invalid earnings, remove public content, require reacceptance, or terminate immediately for suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, material breach, legal risk, noncooperation, security threat, extended inactivity or Program discontinuation. HomePlanza will use reasonable judgment and may request information. Termination does not eliminate obligations, adjustments or rights that arose earlier. Valid earned amounts remaining after review may be paid when legally and operationally permitted; invalid, fraudulent or prohibited amounts are forfeited.
18. Changes to the Program or Terms
HomePlanza may modify, pause or discontinue the Program, rate tables, bonus schedules, qualifying products, attribution methods, payment providers or these Terms. Material changes may be communicated in the dashboard or by email and may require electronic reacceptance. Continued participation after an effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. If you do not agree, stop using Affiliate links and close your account.
19. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePlanza disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability and any guarantee of referrals, ranking, revenue, conversion or earnings. Earnings scenarios and illustrations are examples only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePlanza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Program. HomePlanza’s aggregate liability arising from the Program will not exceed Affiliate amounts actually paid to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
20. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless HomePlanza and its owners, personnel and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, penalties and reasonable costs arising from your marketing, content, violation of law, infringement, misuse of personal information, or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by HomePlanza’s own unlawful conduct.
21. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective and the provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign Program rights without written consent; HomePlanza may assign these Terms with its business or Program. Electronic records and notices are acceptable. Headings are for convenience. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the general website terms and incorporated schedules form the entire Affiliate agreement and supersede prior Program discussions.
Questions or notices may be sent to hello@homeplanza.com. The governing-law and dispute provisions in HomePlanza’s general Terms apply unless HomePlanza publishes Program-specific provisions or controlling law requires otherwise.
